The rooms will be assigned after 12:00 and must be left no later than 10:00, any time changes must be agreed in the previous 24 hours always based on our availability. A valid identity document is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Late cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of the deposit previously paid (booking made by bank transfer) or the loss of the entire amount (bookings made via the website) in case of no-show, moreover, from the following day the room will be considered free from any reservation constraint and therefore available to the guest house.

The early departure involves the penalty equivalent to the cost of one night and in case of change of rate the higher one will be applied.
